Highly anticipated debut album from Actor Jeff Bridges

Oscar Winning  Actor Jeff Bridges will be taking a step away from the Silver Screen with his debut album being released in the summer with Jazz and Blues record label Blue Notes Records.

Many people will be excited to hear Bridges works again after he gave such a moving and memorable portrayal of fictional country singer Otis “Bad” Blake in Crazy Heart. Where he actually wrote six tracks for the soundtrack that was used in the film and won an Oscar for his performance.

He will once again be accompanied by Blues Legend T-Bone Burnett who has worked with Bridges as producer on both the films soundtrack and this upcoming album. Also featuring on the album will be a collaboration with Johnny Cash’s daughter Roseanne and cover tracks of Tom Waits, Bo Ramsey and Greg Brown. So it is definitely something to look out for.
